What happens if I cancel my order?
For items we hold in stock, if you cancel your order prior to it being despatched you will not incur any charges and a full refund will be applicable. If your order has already been despatched then you may be charged for delivery. For items that have been specially ordered or made a cancellation fee may be charged.

When will you despatch my order?
Unlike most internet companies, we have our own warehouse and shops, and we hold in stock many of the mirrors we sell. We will despatch stock items within two working days and for items that are not currently in stock you will be advised of a delivery date.
When will my goods arrive?
Most of our smaller mirrors can be sent via a courier and can take up to 48 hrs for delivery once despatched. Some of our very large mirrors will be sent via a specialist delivery service and depending upon your location this can take up to 10 working days. You will be advised in advance of the scheduled delivery date.

Upon delivery please inspect your goods and make a note on the delivery paperwork of any damage or defect. If you are not satisfied simply return the products to us in their original condition and packaging and we will refund the purchase price.
