Delivery Information

At mirrorstoday, we are extremely proud of our Delivery Service. Our mirrors are delivered using two methods of delivery, both intended to make receiving your order as simple as possible. We are happy to offer free delivery for all orders, with our Premier Two-Man Delivery Service delivering all large, made-to-order pieces, and a Parcel Courier service for all stock items and smaller items.

Premier Two-Man Delivery Service

You will be advised by email when your order is ready for despatch. The Customer Support Team will then call to arrange a delivery date with you. During the day prior to the agreed delivery date, the Customer Support Team will call you to advise whether you should expect an AM or PM delivery slot. At this stage, you can also request the delivery driver to call you one hour before they arrive.
Upon delivery, your order will be unloaded and delivered into the room of your choice, providing there is reasonable access for this to take place. All deliveries require a signature from an adult when receiving the order. You will be given a copy of the Delivery Note for your own records.

Courier Delivery Service

Small mirrors and stock orders will be delivered by courier. Once your order has been picked from stock, it will be packaged for delivery to you, and collected by courier. You will receive an email on the day of collection from our Customer Support Team, advising you that delivery will take place the next day. Courier deliveries will take place between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you are unable to take the delivery on the day allocated, the courier will leave an Attempted Delivery Notification, which will ask you to contact them to rearrange another delivery at your earliest convenience. If you have specific days in the week that are more convenient to receive a delivery, please let our Customer Support Team know when your order has been acknowledged, and we will endeavour to deliver on these days, wherever possible. All courier deliveries will require a signature from an adult when receiving the order.

We are currently unable to deliver directly to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles or the Channel Islands.

The mirrorstoday Customer Support Team are constantly monitoring your order and tracking its progress from the day of placement to the day you receive delivery. When your order contains items from different ranges, they may be sent separately, unless we are requested to send all the pieces together.

How can I place an order?

You can place orders over the internet, by fax, by post or phone.

What is the order process?

Simply browse our online store and click on "ADD TO CART" to any items you wish to order, these items can be removed later if you wish. When you have finished shopping, click on the "CHECKOUT" button, which will then redirect you to the order page. You will then need to enter your details and credit card information and send them to us via our secure server. If you prefer, you may also print the order form and send it to us by fax on 01252 783919 or post the order to:

You can also telephone us on 0800 840 9576, where you are welcome to place the order with one of our team. You will usually be contacted by them soon after to advise you of an anticipated delivery date. We individually track the progress of your order, and you will be notified of any updates we receive.

Deliveries

How is my mirror going to be delivered?

mirrorstoday use two methods of delivery. Smaller items and stock mirrors may be delivered by Parcel Courier. Our Specialist Delivery Service will deliver all other orders to you.

When will my mirror be delivered?

Most of our smaller mirrors can be sent via a courier and can take up to 48 hrs for delivery once despatched. Some of our very large mirrors will be sent via a Specialist Delivery Service. Depending upon your location this can take up to 10 working days. You will be advised in advance of the scheduled delivery date.

Payment and Security

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, and also accept cheques with orders sent in the post.

How safe is it to give my credit card details online?

mirrorstoday use one of the most secure servers and online systems for all credit and debit card payments and we have never had a reported incident involving credit card fraud using this system. We are so confident of our security that we will guarantee any costs that your credit card company hold you responsible for if your card is used fraudulently as a result of shopping with mirrorstoday.

What happens if I cancel my order?

An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and 10 days following delivery of the goods for a full refund. Customers wishing to cancel within 10 days of delivery may take advantage of our 10 Day Money Back Guarantee providing all goods are returned to us in the same condition they were at the time of delivery and in their original packaging.

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by letter, fax or email. Please send cancellation emails to sales@mirrorstoday.co.uk.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase from mirrorstoday, but in the unlikely event that this is not the case, we can offer a 10 Day Money Back Guarantee, whatever the reason. Goods can be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and in a saleable condition.

Will my goods have a guarantee?
